Enjoy Pure Food + Drink seeks to attract an energetic Front of House Manager who has previous restaurant management experience. This position will manage, hire and train the staff of Enjoy Pure Food + Drink that includes our servers, baristas, smoothie makers, cashiers, food runners, and bussers. Enjoy Pure Food + Drink has a positive, team- oriented culture of service to lift up our customers with healthy food and a positive environment. Our staff reflects this heart-centered service attitude. Responsibilities include: Manage the staff to provide friendly and efficient service. Manage the staff to be knowledgeable about our menu, food and ingredients. Write the weekly staff schedule and manage changes that come up Should be available to cover shifts when staff calls in sick, etc. Place paper goods order 2x week Put away above orders when they are delivered Check staff closing checklists at the end of shifts "Own" the dining room in terms of making sure it is clean and orderly. Support the goals and objectives of the owner and General Manger.
